Its standard flours include ARAGON, A.AZUL, ARAGON FUERZA, and MEDALLA DE ORO. ARAGON is a smooth flour with high gluten content, suitable for direct processing, good dough extensibility, loaf volume and appearance. A.AZUL is suitable for making standard bread. ARAGON FUERZA is ideal for long fermentation, and precooked and frozen loaves. MEDALLA DE ORO is a very strong flour, ideal for confectionery, fine pastries or to reinforce other flours.
